Science Club students have recently been having fun making rockets. Students discussed the effect that shape has on the aerodynamics of a moving object and then chose designs that made them
eye-catching to the passer by. There was a variety of themes, including Christmas and the circus!
A competition was held once the rockets were assembled and final designs in place to see who’s shot highest into the sky! In total none made it into the outer atmosphere but that’s not for lack of trying! Well done to our regular attenders Aleshia, Hanna, Jessica, Oliver, Rae, Logan and Seb!
