MITIE Business Engagement Day

On Tuesday 8th October Year 9 took part in a Business Engagement Day, facilitated by MITIE. MITIE are a facilities management and services provider and have contracts across the UK.

The day was a great success and offered an opportunity for the students to develop a business mindset. It was amazing to see them grow over the course of a few hours from not necessarily wanting to engage to brimming with confidence in presenting their business models for which they collaborated to produce as a team. It brought together both leadership and teamwork.
